Executive role leads the finance function of Auckland Theatre Company including ASB Waterfront Theatre.

ATC is a busy professional theatre company with 20 staff, rehearsal studios in Balmoral and performances at ASB Waterfront Theatre in the Wynyard Quarter.  www.atc.co.nz  The company is a charitable entity receiving funding from government and philanthropic sources and self-generated revenues from ticket sales and venue hire.

Finance Director is responsible for financial operations, careful cashflow management, advice to the CEO and reporting to four charitable boards. This role must maintain strong, transparent relationships with and the confidence of the CEO, Chair of the Board Finance Committee and Chairs of the four ATC-related entities.

Desirable but not essential is experience with a project to streamline accounting and budget processes, including process innovation and improvement leading to better system integration and resource efficiency. This is a family-friendly, flexible workplace.
