Role in this hands on role, you will be responsible for managing financial systems, processes, administration, and internal controls in support of their mission. The position’s primary goal is to ensure the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation run effectively and efficiently.

Critically, you will embrace technology and a continuous improvement mindset to drive the development of a highly engaged finance function which is a true enabler of the organisational strategy. Specific Duties to include lead and mentor a small team across financial reporting and transactional accounting. Ownership of revenue recognition and commission calcs. Play a crucial role in shaping and implementing financial strategies. Drive and contribute to the growth of the organisation through effective financial management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals align with business objectives. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports including month end. Manage transactional accounting processes and optimise efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making. Play a key role in supporting the company's growth trajectory.

Skills & experience CA / CPA qualified with a background in a large Chartered and diverse corporate environment. Experience managing and developing a team. Experience of leading process improvement projects. Strong Financial reporting experience. Shared service or transactional leadership exposure. Step up opportunity for  the right candidate.
