We are looking for a Finance and HR Executive to coordinate on admin and daily operation matters. The job finance, receive and verify invoices and requisitions, ensure every transactions comply with company procedures, prepare, verify and process all payments, prepare manual cheques when required, create invoices, receipts and payment slips to suppliers and customers, process all staff claims, maintain a filing system for all financial documents, occasionally perform procurement duties on top of business supplies, provide administrative support, other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Human Resource (HR) maintain proper documentation of employee records, payroll and employee claims administration, to advertise for recruitment and schedule interviews, assist in new hire onboarding process such as preparation of name cards, staff pass and workstations, thumbprint registration, etc, office administration which includes mail distribution, managing office stationery and pantry suppliers, etc, other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements minimum diploma holder, meticulous with strong administration, time management and organizational skills, proficient in ms word and excel, previous hr experience and/or xero accounting software knowledge will be an added advantage, able to multitask and work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment, upholds confidentiality, fluent in english and mandarin (in order to liaise with mandarin-speaking associates), entry level applicant are encouraged to apply.
