Finance Analyst Sharp and Carter Finance and Accounting location Melbourne.

The role reporting to the FP&A Manager your key responsibilities will be centered around providing support to senior management, providing accurate reporting and business partnering non-financial stakeholders to guide decision making.

Day to day tasks will include preparation of the monthly reporting pack including analysis and commentary. Actively partner with non-financial manager to ensure reports add value and can be used to make decisions. Developing and improving financial models. Analysing data to improve budgeting and forecasting processes. Preparation of budget packs.

Assist in meeting the requirements of the Financial Planning & Analysis team in areas including performance monitoring, working capital management and reporting. Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and/or improve the quality of information provided, particularly in the areas of financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will immediately available. Newly qualified or part qualified CA/CPA with strong analytical skills. minimum 2 years experience in an Analytical role. Have a strong analytical abilities, very good MS Excel skills and experience using a business intelligence tool in a large organization. Have interpersonal style that will allow you to gain the confidence of senior management.
