About the role to support District outcomes, you as a File Management Support Officer will provide an efficient and effective cohesive case management system for all District files for entry and modification.

This position is primarily a Public Counter role however can rotate between varied duties of data quality, information requests, property and exhibit management. The position is based at the Otahuhu Police Station. You will be required to work day shifts, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm, no weekend work and paid statutory days off, be part of a high performing team, attention to detail with a can-do attitude willing to learn.

Key accountabilities enter information onto computerised file management system. Ensure all relevant information is attached to the files, maintaining internal file audit requirements. Complete all National Intelligence Application (NIA) transactions i.e. File entries, charge entries, modifications, file assigning, update victim contacts. Deal with routine enquiries from frontline staff regarding files being prepared by File Management Centre.
