Field Service Engineer (Semicon/ Electronic manufacturer). 5 days, 8.30am-5.30pm (flexible according to customers' timing). Salary $2800 - $3400 + $100 -$150 MRT, Claim + Phone allowance up to $100, Location Tampines.

Job scope provide On-Site Support to customers using company's equipment for the manufacturing requirements. React to system down emergencies to ensure the systems are return to production in a timely matter. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair company’s products by using the training you will receive and your knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Ability to read technical drawings communicate with our technical support team locally and business unit leads in Switzerland to ensure corrective actions are taken efficiently and precisely. Travel upon business needs to other region, will include international travel for training on company’s products and processes. Possess both electrical and mechanical skills. Work both independently and in a team environment. Act as a Liaison between customers and headquarters to ensure all concerns are addressed accurately and effectively for long term resolution.

Requirements prefer applicants with an associate or bachelor's degree in engineering  and a minimum of 1 year’ experiences in customer service. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Be able to quickly adapt to new circumstances. Good decision-making skills. Ability to encourage and motivate people with responsible attitude. Ability to read and understand German is beneficial, but not required. Ability to travel (to client site), Singaporean only.
