Job responsibility you will be responsible for service activities of sterilization and disinfection equipment based at our customer sites. Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.

Installation, commissioning, calibration and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations. Implementing Field Corrective Actions. Handling administrative work associated with service delivery. Responding to customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.

Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department. Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through team work. Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.

Job requirement candidates with ITE and/ or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, or equivalent medical device related educational background are welcome to apply. More than 2 years of hands-on related experience in medical equipment installation and maintenance. Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude. Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
