About you

As this role requires regular local and interstate travel, the ideal candidate will love hitting the road and will take pride in executing the hands-on work that is essential to keeping our retail stores functional and customer-ready

A day in the life

As a FIELD MAINTENANCE SUPPORT PERSON, your daily tasks will include:

Travelling to retail locations to perform maintenance, upgrades and repairs

Troubleshooting and repairing lighting fixtures, doors, flooring and in-store fixtures

Performing preventative maintenance tasks

Responding to urgent repair requirements

Liaising with various business stakeholders

Recordkeeping and reporting for upcoming and completed works

Ensuring strict compliance with WHS, legislative and organisational requirements

An ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will:

Have previous maintenance or construction experience

Hold a valid driver's license
Enjoy regular overnight and interstate travel

Be comfortable working in dynamic retail spaces, performing works both during and outside of trade
Possess exceptional problem solving, time management and communication skills
