Responsibilities perform system (hardware and software) configuration, initialization and activation. Conduct basic training to operators and customers’ technicians. Supervise and manage site installation. Perform system diagnostic and fault recovery. Provide routine and on-demand system services and repair.

Requirements hands-on experience in system installation, troubleshooting or maintenance in a similar field. Working knowledge of AV, computer networking and/or electrical system will be valuable. Eager learner and hardworking. Strong knowledge in PC system configuration and networking will be an advantage. Ability to work independently and self-motivated. Candidates with own transportation will be preferred. Must be able to carry out weekend duties.
