About the Role
FERTILITY ADVICE CO-ORDINATOR
FULL TIME
NEWSTEAD

This role would suit an individual who has a genuine interest in fertility or women's health. You will be working in our Brisbane head office call centre where you will be processing enquiries from patients and assisting with booking appointments.

Desired Skills and Experience
Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:

Min 2 years experience in the health industry or a call centre environment
Highly Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to engage with patients and clinicians
A willingness to embrace City Fertility's Mission and Values
Demonstrated administration experience and mentoring skills
Conflict resolution and grievance self-management
Basic to Intermediate understanding of Women's Health or Fertility
Teamwork Skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Problem-solving, critical thinking, decision maker
Excellent time management
Adaptability and flexibility
Experience in the field of ART (IVF) (advantageous)
Positive Self Awareness and ability to self-assess
