Your opportunity to join our team in NSW or QLD!

We are looking for an experienced Export administrator to join our team, reporting to the National Administration Manager – Feedmill. This is a broad role that will see you working with a wide range of internal stakeholders, along with transportation and shipping companies, to facilitate the smooth export of stock.

This position can be fully remote or hybrid. For those wanting a blend, we have offices located in Lisarow, North Ryde or Brisbane.

Key responsibilities:

Plan Export shipment orders based on customer forecast and usage
Book export shipment with shipping line
Coordinate shipment with production, container packing and local transport
Create/process all export documentation using ImpexDocs
Process PO’s and invoices in Coupa for export related expenses
Attend monthly customer meetings
Facilitate monthly meetings with local transport/shipping line
Oversee return imports from customer
Process customer credits/invoices as required
Process of weekly Ingredients invoicing in BPCS
Enter Ingredients contracts
Assist Accounts Receivable with any Ingredients invoicing queries
Assist Feedmill Admin Manager/Admin team with any other duties as required
Key requirements:

Previous export experience is essential along with sound administration skills
Keen eye for detail
High initiative along with a proactive and resourceful mindset, able to pre-empt and deal with issues as they arise
Systems savvy with strong excel and ideally a working knowledge of ImpexDocs, Coupa, PowerBI
Flexibility with working hours to suit vessel sailing schedules to ensure containers are delivered to wharf on time
