Bay Blinds is an established local manufacturer of window treatment solutions. Our Greerton factory employs over 30 local staff and we pride ourselves in manufacturing high-quality precision-made product that is distributed nationwide. To continue our success story, we are expanding our Factory team and are hiring several full-time Factory Process Workers to support the full manufacture of blinds including venetians, wide venetians, verticals and rollers.

To succeed you will need winning attitude switched-on, diligent, go-getter. Willingness to learn and follow procedures. Passion for delivering quality first-time. Good communication skills. Disciplined and punctual at all times. Productive worker willing to work across our operations (factory to warehouse). Ability to work 7.30am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday (occasional overtime and weekend work during peak times may be required).
