You need to have the following attributes be good with weights & measurements, Be reliable, Able to work in a team environment Keep to deadlines, Work overtime when needed, Be a fast learner & preferably be comfortable with using a computer at a basic level, Can do attitude, Have a reasonable level of fitness.

Previous experience in a factory environment would be an advantage but is not essential. A good attitude to helping where needed and putting effort and focus into a task is most important.
