We are looking for skilled property managers with commercial management experience for this role. Given the breadth of the work involved, we would also be very keen to hear from you if you have had experience in facilities management that involved the management commercial assets such as HVAC or similar.
You have demonstrated an ongoing commitment safety in the workplace, with a passion for compliance and an ability to fly the flag when it comes to driving the culture of compliance.

So what does the role do you will work to a Senior Property Manager and assist in the management of a wide portfolio of commercial properties and precincts. You ensure compliance is met, with particular attention to meeting the relevant registration deadlines, and are across your contract service agreements.
With a passion for people you are regularly out onsite performing inspections and managing the usual day-to-day commercial and retail lease requirements, including end of lease workflow.
You will also be working with people from across the business - like project teams to manage top-notch fit-outs, coordinating contractors and dealing with emergency enquiries - yes that means after hours.
Contract management means financial know-how. You are comfortable when it comes to working with the team to manage and prepare budgets, track operating expenses and capex spend, and manage the invoicing cycles. Finally, you have a great eye for detail, always ensuring your properties are perfectly presented and maintained.
