Job scope take charge of the unit assigned with responsibility for team leadership, brand/order execution, inventory oversight, and customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations. Drive and monitor sales performance with a focus on incremental sales and the customer experience. Plot manpower/schedules to maximize productivity and performance and oversee hiring, onboarding and team member engagement ensure proper training and mentorship.
Manage inventory, ordering, COGs, waste and labor to key overhead costs in line. Work with R&D Chef/Operational leadership to implement, refine and share feedback on brands and processes in the unit. Oversee SFA requirements and ensure compliance by the team and the unit. Be the point of contact for the local cloud kitchen, and ensure a strong working relationship with CoKitchens and key partners.
Participate in day-to-day operations to ensure work-flow efficiency, and ensure full engagement on all brand operations. Be responsible for all KPIs and daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and engage/assist leadership in goal setting (personal and team targets) and continuous improvement processes. Manage/oversee issues relating to customer feedback (Speed, Price and Product Quality) and assist marketing with creating loyal return customers.
Requirements Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or equivalent experience in hospitality or retail. At least 1-2-year relevant experience in retail or hospitality industry. A good team player with positive attitude. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
