Job description responsible for proper, efficient and profitable function of all phases of the restaurant, assist the f&b manager in the day-to-day operations of all the f&b and banquet management, work closely with the chef and the f&b manager to ensure all activities are well coordinated and carried out according to the event orders, ensure that all the staff are well trained, ensure appearance, cleanliness and set-up of the restaurant is properly maintained, co-ordinate day and night clean up, ensure smooth operations and services at the restaurant and enforce discipline. Job requirements minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, service-oriented personality, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays, valid basic food and hygiene certification.
