Job description assist the f&b manager in the day to day operations, understanding customers' needs, requirements and maintain a good relationship with the guests and motivate subordinates to serve with quality service, advise customers on menu choices, ensure that food hygiene and safety standard are maintained, responds quickly to guests in a timely and friendly manner, manage reservations and walk-ins, proactive and constant maintenance and cleanliness in the restaurant, supervise and motivate staff and ensure that staff deliver quality standards, other tasks as assigned. Job requirements minimum 2 years experience in f&b service industry, good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, cheerful and customer-service oriented.
