Job description responsible for proper, efficient and profitable function of all phases of the restaurant. Assist the F&B Manager in the day-to-day operations of all the F&B and banquet management. Work closely with the Chef and the F&B Manager to ensure all activities are well coordinated and carried out according to the event orders. Ensure that all the staff are well trained. Ensure appearance, cleanliness and set-up of the restaurant is properly maintained. Co-ordinate day and night clean up. Ensure smooth operations and services at the restaurant and enforce discipline. Job Requirements minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, service-oriented personality, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays, valid basic food and hygiene certification.
