F and B Operations location Bukit Batok / Bukit Panjang, West.

Office Location Bukit Batok (Required to travel to outlets for checking). $3,000 + $150 Transport Allowance + $350 KPI Allowance. (KPI allowance manpower planning, outlet sales target, zero complains, zero wastage etc). Must have Class 3 Driving license, 6 days work week, 11 hours (with 1 hour break).

Job description supporting the full spectrum of outlets’ operations and brand image. Repair and Ensure equipment are regularly maintained and kept at best condition. Responsible for staff management, product quality, and maintaining excellent customer service standard. Create a sound and strong working relationship for all staff and help to develop their greatest potential.

Assist on leading continuous improvement initiatives and implement change through the use of lean principles. Collect data on various metrics to create performance baselines, implement them across outlets, monitor the usage and identify action plans for improvement. Assist on monitoring performance and maturity within the Central Kitchen, develop actions to address gaps. Assist on leading, developing, reviewing and implementing of Training and Development Roadmap to meet operational KPIs.

Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements. Identify operational efficiencies and provide solutions to improve workflow and maximize productivity. Adapt and implement new workflow processes to any changes in the outlets’ operations. Ensure a low level of wastage of inventory. Enforce hygiene regulations and upkeep cleanliness standard.

Responsible for staff training, discipline, hygiene, presentation and overall job performance. Manpower planning including duty roster. Assist in setting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all outlets to follow to ensure equal quality of the service across all outlet. Monitor the teams and work closely with them, making sure all staff adhere to health and safety standard. Involve in business development plan with the management.
