About the team

Our Digital & Technology Advisory team helps businesses align their Digital and Technology initiatives to achieve strategic outcomes. We work with clients to establish and implement fit-for-purpose strategies across digital transformation, cloud platforms, ERP and HCM systems, information security, and AI.

Current Opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Project Managers who can lead Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementations from initiation through to post-go-live.

You’ll work alongside HCM consultants and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of cloud-based HCM platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of HCM implementation projects
Own the project plan, budget, timeline, scope, risk, and resource management
Engage and communicate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third parties
Apply best practice project management methodologies (could also be Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
Facilitate project governance and status reporting across all levels of stakeholders
Track project milestones and proactively resolve issues and bottlenecks
Coordinate across technical and functional teams to deliver integrated outcomes
Champion change and adoption activities to ensure successful business transition
Support Dayforce consultants with scheduling, dependencies, and milestone planning
Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing knowledge internally
About you

You are a self-driven and highly organised professional with a strong background in managing enterprise software implementations, preferably HCM or payroll-related projects.

Combined with:

Proven experience delivering HCM/Payroll solutions or similar solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
Familiarity with SaaS implementation lifecycles and methodologies
Experience working with external vendors and client-side project teams
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent) desirable
Experience with Dayforce Implementation Methodology is desirable, but not mandatory
Strong understanding of change management and user adoption principles
Experience in the professional services or consulting sector is highly regarded
