Two Positions have opened for Experienced Lawyers - Harding Richards Lawyers. Harding Richards Lawyers (HRL) is located in East Brisbane. We are looking for two new lawyers who will join us a Litigation Lawyer – who will have a case load including Commercial, Property and/or Family law litigation. A Commercial Lawyer - who will have a case load covering Property, Business and Asset and Estate planning.

As an experienced lawyer, you will work closely with, and learn from, our experienced Partners, Paul Harding and Jason Richards. Have opportunity to widen your skill base on a wide/ over a variety of matters.

Provide legal advice and representation to a diverse clientele. Take ownership of your own workload while being supported by other team members and benefiting from mentoring from the Partners.

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a broad range of professional and personal skills, including queensland Law Society Practice Certificate. Good communication skills – verbal and written. Strong drafting skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and co-workers. Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft suite of programs. Strong analytical, research and time management skills. Familiarity with LEAP Legal Software, or similar document management system, is an advantage.
