Do you meet these minimum requirements?

Live in or near Kincumber NSW including surrounding suburbs Avoca Beach, Bensville, Copacabana, Daleys Point, Davistown, Empire Bay, Erina Heights, Erina, Forresters Beach, Green Point, Hardys Bay, Holgate, Killcare Heights, Killcare, Kincumber South, Macmasters Beach, Matcham, North Avoca, Terrigal, Wamberal, Yattalunga
Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (1 Weekend a month is required)
Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:

Permanent Contract hours:
Experienced Carers - 20-30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
Hourly Rate: $31.74 - $33.00 per hour + 11.5% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!

Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
