Shifts
• 5 days a week – approx. 8 hours per day
• Typical range:
• Weekdays: 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Weekends: Midnight – 8:00 AM

Must know how to
• Shape baguettes & loaves
• Use a dough sheeter
• Operate a dough mixer
• Bake with a deck oven
