What you’ll do as the Executive Assistant to the CEO & CTO at Kwetta, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring the smooth operation of the executives in the Napier office, enabling our leaders to focus on driving business growth and innovation.
You’ll independently manage key administrative tasks such as overseeing calendars, coordinating travel, and managing email support, ensuring the CEO and CTO stay organized and focused. You’ll also draft and review reports, presentations, and other documentation with a forward-thinking, efficient approach that supports our innovative goals.
You’ll take ownership of coordinating meetings and events, from board meetings to company-wide gatherings. Handling all logistics, including setting agendas, booking venues, and taking minutes, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and contributes to achieving our goals. As the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you’ll foster strong, transparent relationships and maintain open communication across teams and partners.
In this role, you’ll help keep everything moving seamlessly, adapting to new challenges with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll handle sensitive information discreetly, ensuring a professional and secure environment for the executive team.
Beyond your core responsibilities, you’ll step in wherever needed, whether running errands, managing office logistics, or offering general support. You’ll balance multiple priorities while contributing to the overall efficiency and well-being of the office, helping Kwetta maintain its strong customer focus.
What you’ll bring at least 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, supporting senior leaders and managing complex responsibilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. Excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining discretion and professionalism. A proactive, flexible attitude, ready to anticipate needs and adapt to challenges as they arise.
