Your role

A great opportunity exists for a Legal Executive Assistant to join our Energy, Resources and Projects team, a part of our wider Capital Markets and Corporate practice. This is a job share opportunity working part-time 3 days (0.6) per week where you will collaborate with other Executive Assistants to support each other and the team as a whole. Some of the main responsibilities of this role will include:

Drafting correspondence, document preparation and amendments
Proactive diary and email management
Coordination of meeting/travel arrangements
Liaising with clients & stakeholders as directed & maintaining client databases and key contact information
Assist with co-ordination of tenders & pitches as required
Answering calls and monitoring emails
File management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing
Co-ordinating end of month billing
Client and group reporting
Reconciliation of corporate expenses using Concur
General administrative tasks & other ad hoc duties as required

What you need

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretarial role and will also possess the following attributes:

Strong communication skills
Intellectual Property experience would be advantageous
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritise and delegate
A high level of accuracy and attention to detai
A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with team members and clients (both internal and external)
Strong understanding of MS Office applications
An understanding of billing and financial processes and systems (Elite desirable)
A proactive approach and demonstrated initiative
