Skills and experience required to thrive in this position sound administration experience and computer literacy: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Good understanding of te reo me ōna tikanga (or be on a journey to learn) and the application of Te Tiriti ō Waitangi within the work environment. Past experience in preparing reports and knowledge of administrative systems and processes. Experience working to deadlines, showing agility and resilience under pressure.

Be self-managing and motivated, with high levels of energy, innovation, and creativity. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised as required. Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to operate effectively with a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality.
