About the role this Executive Assistant position will see you supporting and partnering with the Chief Executive and the wider senior leadership team.  The key purpose is to ensure the Chief Executive is always one step ahead through your proactive, passionate and seamless support.

You will also be a key and trusted liaison to the Board, providing continuous support to meetings, members and relationship engagement. Key duties encompass diary, email, meeting, and communication support to the Chief Executive.

Board meeting coordination, documentation, and minutes. Liaison point and executive support for the wider Senior Leadership Team. Drive and support people and culture goals through demonstration and administrative human resources assistance.

Internally you will hold key relationships with the Chief Executive and her leadership team, board members, and the wider Starship community, being a liaison point for all staff in the organisation. Externally, you will help foster and grow key relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and partners to help reach operational goals.
