Executive Assistant The Human Perspectives location Auckland.

This is your chance to join us here at The Human Perspectives, on our journey to change the human dynamics at work alongside amazing leaders and companies. Laurent Sylvestre is a sought after Thought Leader, Executive Coach, Company Culture Guru and High Performing Teams expert and you will be working alongside him to ensure a seamless delivery to all of our amazing clients.

You will be a highly experienced, high performing EA who is agile, adaptable, and logical. Your judgement, careful attention to detail, innovation, and pragmatic approach will enable you to thrive in this exciting role.

You will have outstanding organisational skills, excellent communication and be keen to work with our fast growing business. You will get involved in diary management, writing up workshop presentations and post workshop notes, some project management and even a bit of social media planning/posting admin if you’re so inclined.

This is a super flexible role with a lot of autonomy working 15-20hrs per week (give or take). You will work from home and work the hours you want. A very competitive package is on offer as we believe in paying fairly for your skills! Bonus on top.
