Responsibilities provide proactive and seamless administrative support to the business owner. Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and correspondence. Streamline operations by creating and implementing new processes and systems.

Assist in managing client communications and ensuring deadlines are met. Research, draft, and organize documents to support ongoing projects. Oversee office management duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present actionable solutions.

What You bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management software). Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. A track record of implementing systems and processes that improve efficiency.

Additional details this is an on-site role based in Torquay, as being immersed in our team environment is essential for success. While working from home is not an option, the role offers flexibility and may suit someone with commitments such as school drop-offs and pick-ups.
