Executive Assistant Sentinel Property Group location Brisbane.

Role overview as an Executive Assistant (Retail Property), you will provide comprehensive support to our Retail Management team and report directly to the National Portfolio Manager.

Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, organising meetings, streamlining communications, handling travel arrangements, and preparing reports. You’ll also assist in monitoring departmental performance and compliance, maintaining records, and preparing presentations.

Key responsibilities manage diaries for Retail Management team members. Record and update meeting minutes, ensuring timely follow-up on action items. Organise and streamline email communications and handle incoming calls.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary preparation and property details. Assist in monitoring departmental performance, protocols, and compliance efforts. Schedule regular performance reviews and maintain contact lists.

Review and optimise electronic filing systems for property management. Prepare reports and presentations as required. Perform general administrative duties and fulfil other ad-hoc requests.

Are you someone with proven experience in EA, PA, or administrative roles, preferably in a busy environment. Prior experience in a similar role, with a preference for commercial property experience. Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and resilience. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Professional presentation and discretion. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, etc.) and familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS Planner.
