Role purpose this role provides administrative and service support to our Territorial Secretary of Communications to support the smooth running of the office and their day. You will provide administrative support for meetings, travel arrangements, agendas, minutes, expense claims and reporting and provide assistance as required across other key internal stakeholders as directed. This role may suit a Senior Administrator looking for their next opportunity. An interest and knowledge of the communication and marketing arena would be helpful but not essential.

Key tasks coordinating and maintaining the diary of the senior manager, including organising all appointments and meetings. Providing administration support, including event management and caterin, travel and accommodation needs and general administration on a daily basis. Identifying, anticipating and preparing information required for meetings, appointments, presentations, and overseeing requests for information, outstanding reports and correspondence. Keeping our company values, mission and purpose at the forefront of our organisation.

Experience required proven experience providing efficient and effective administration. Exceptional prioritisation, organisation, and time management skills, with a strong keen eye for detail coupled with a high degree of accuracy. An ability to prioritise workloads and negotiate deadlines in the face of competing demands.

The ability to deal with confidential information and have resilience with issues of a sensitive nature. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly 'can do' attitude, and a strong desire to contribute positively to the team environment. You will be described by others as flexible, adaptable, and organised with the ability to accept and move with the often-frequent changes in an Executive Assistant role.
