Executive and Personal Assistants-State Government Randstad location Adelaide.

Randstad is currently recruiting Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants for a prominent State Government department located within Adelaide's CBD. Immediate start for the right applicants. These roles are 3- 6 months in duration with high possibility for extension. Days of work are Monday-Friday with full time and part time options available.

Pay rate will range between $42-$47 per hour. If you have experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant we would love to hear from you. The role these positions will undertake general administrative support duties to Executive Officers, Directors and Managers.

Duties include but are not limited to assisting with secretariat functions i.e meeting invitations, agendas, reports and room bookings. Inbox management, appointments and telephone enquiries. Electronic filing and database management. Purchase order creation and monitoring of invoices. Facility maintenance requests, staff security access requests and coordination of office supplies and orders.

Essential experience intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills. Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills. Highly developed communication skills. Professional presentation and phone manner. Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance. To be successful you will be immediately available and meet the above criteria. Previous experience within government will be highly regarded.
