Exchange Officer The University of Sydney location Sydney.

Full time, continuing opportunity to undertake a broad range of administrative support activities associated with the Study Abroad and Exchange programs. Base Salary $79K + 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity under the supervision of the Head, undertake a broad range of administrative support activities associated with the Study Abroad and Exchange programs. This will include providing support on a wide range of development and marketing activities aimed to foster growth of the programs.

The Exchange Officer plays a critical integral role in assisting Sydney Global Mobility to provide these services to prospective and currently enrolled students in relation to inbound mobility.

About you experience in supporting administrative functions within a study abroad & exchange team, excellent communication skills with highly developed interpersonal relationships skills, strong teamwork ability but also uses initiative and driven to work autonomously.

Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines within a pressured work environment, confidently liaises with senior members of staff, students, and a wide range of external stakeholders. Sponsorship / work rights for Australia Australian Temporary Residents currently employed at the University of Sydney may be considered for a fixed term contract for the length of their visa, depending on the requirements of the hiring area and the position.
