About the role reporting directly to the Team Leader Client Services you will be responsible for attending and Facilitating Memory Lane Cafe's and coordinating the running of the events. Coordinating arrangements such as entertainment and activity bookings, catering and venue hire.

Preparing and managing correspondence for the event, including sending invitations, receiving replies, answering queries. Data entry of client information into databases. Building strong stakeholder relationships with both internal and external partners including volunteers, clients, external suppliers and community partners.   Providing administrative assistance to various Client Services team programs including Memory Lane Cafe's (MLCs).

About you to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following demonstrated experience in a similar administration role with an event management focus. Significant experience providing the full range of administration services.

Demonstrated intermediate or above proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of written and oral communication skills. Experience with promoting programs to internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team whilst also taking initiative and problem solve  independently.

Ability to prioritise workload demands and cope calmly, effectively and efficiently under pressure. No specific formal qualification is required, but qualifications and/or experience in events management or marketing will be viewed favourably. Ability to build and develop rapport from similar experience in customer service.
