For over 10 years, Glasshaus has been providing beautiful botanical venues for corporate and private events as well as weddings. All based in Richmond, our three venues Glasshaus "Inside", "Outside" and our new venue "Brucke" provide a stunning backdrop for Melburnians to celebrate. We are looking for dynamic and dedicated people to join our team.

The role
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an event manager who will work in beautiful and inspiring environments liaising with a diverse range of clients and businesses. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team responsible for the following:

Sales, planning and delivery of events at our venues
Assisting in development of sales and marketing strategy
Supervising the event setup
Management and/or being part of a team to make every event a success
This role requires a person who is:

Able to demonstrate experience in a venue sales and/or event manager role
Passionate about creating beautiful spaces
Strong in writing, presentation, communication and organisational skills
Warm and genuine, with a real desire to ensure an exceptional experience for our clients and their guests
Flexible & self-sufficient
Good at problem solving and lateral thinking
Finely tuned to detail
Able to work successfully within a team environment.
