Key responsibilities include accurate timely and efficient preparation of quotes. Liaison with customers (owners, insurers and assessors) to ensure they are provided with relevant information. Follow the job as it progresses, updating required parties and systems along the way. Estimating both private and insurance related vehicles. Providing timely and accurate estimates. Ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

Experience, skills and qualifications trade qualification as a diesel mechanic, panel beater, body maker or boiler maker. Previous experience in heavy vehicles is a must. Previous estimating experience will be highly regarded. Strong computer literacy, including the ability to learn our computer system (iBodyshop) to deliver an efficient and effective service to our business.

Excellent communication skills and a positive work ethic. High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Ability to build relationships with customers and assessors. Can multitask and work well under pressure. Able to work effectively within a team.
