Responsibilities upkeep of all maintenance systems, utilities, parking and day-to-day running of church estate in accordance to required standards, supervise facility staff, liaise and manage contractors, oversee contract negotiations for food, furnishings, maintenance and repairs, track work schedules and space management, maintain safety and security of estate, maintain updated sop whenever process changes are implemented. Requirements must possess at least a diploma in electrical/mechanical/civil engineering, facility management or equivalent, minimum 3 years of relevant estate management experience, sound knowledge of m & e services and well versed with regulatory guidelines, safety, environment and building standards, proven ability to manage staff and oversee large and small properties, be part of special projects as are reasonably required of the job role, able to work on weekends.
