Entry-level Receptionist NAFP location Melbourne.

An Accounting Practice is looking for an Entry-level Receptionist on a Full-time basis to join our team in Bundoora. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and can work independently.

Role and responsibility excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy. Good communications skills orally & written. Answer and screen all incoming calls and direct them to the correct person. Processing simple client requests as required.

Maintaining the appearance of the front office and kitchen area. General office administration and maintenance. Lodging all Tax Returns, Invoicing from MYOB, Set up new companies, trusts, and SMSF for client, Email tax returns to clients, Appling for ABN's and TFN's for clients.

Essential Skills and qualifications no experience necessary however some experience is helpful. Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook, and excel. You will be trained in MYOB and Handisoft.
