Your new role as the first point of contact for customers, you’ll receive inbound calls regarding general, everyday banking queries, consistently providing excellent customer service and go above and beyond, provide guidance and assistance to customers across a range of banking products and services, learn and master multiple internal systems and software to use simultaneously, your skills and experience. A customer-centric and service-oriented mind-set, excellent communication skills, verbal and written, thrive in a fast paced environment to multitask and meet multiple deadlines, positive and resilient professional focused on delivering the best possible results each and every day, a sound understanding and keen interest in banking and financial services, please note we’re looking for flexible candidates as this customer care team works on a rotating roster between 8:00am - 7.30pm.
