About the role - based in Auckland you'll be part of a team who ensures the performance & availability of Internal IT systems and applications along with hosted Customer Infrastructure. Daily tasks will be responding to Alerts generated on Windows Servers and Backups along with remote monitoring and management of Customer infrastructure environments. Provide 1st level triage and resolution to IT systems and alerts. There will also be some networking monitoring but it's mostly Windows focused.

Work in a busy state-of-the-art NOC. Monitor Alerts. Provide level 1 triage support to issues and service requests. Liaise with customers. Gain further training & certifications. Nationwide leading MSP. Escalate issues. Troubleshoot. Take ownership. Work with the brilliant systems & processes in place.

About you, you could be a recent IT Grad or have Helpdesk Experience from a Technology Services Provider of some sort. Our client is looking for the following MS Server & Desktop knowledge. Initiative & smarts. Technical Qualifications related to IT. Someone who wants a career in IT. Active Directory, Windows, O365. Attention to detail. Great people skills. Customer-Centric attitude. All you need is either an IT Diploma or a similarly recognised IT qualification that covers practical IT support across MS, Networking and general IT Infrastructure and some IT Support experience.
