Entry Level Administration Assistant E and P location Sydney.

The role if you are an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to gain valuable experience and build on your administrative skills, then we want to talk to you. A typical day may include creating and sending documentation to clients. Maintaining the client database. Sorting and distributing mail. Drafting and depositing cheques.
Assisting the SMSF Account Managers set up new self-managed super funds. Supporting the team with end of financial year documentation and tax return lodgements. Filing and maintaining client documents.
You will be motivated, driven, and have completed Year 12 (or equivalent). No previous experience is necessary, but we want you to be excited about the learning opportunities ahead of you. Our environment can be fast-paced, so your ability to manage competing priorities is equally as important as your keen eye for detail.
