Enrolments Officer Mayfield Childcare Limited location Melbourne.
Mayfield Childcare Limited was established in 2016 and sits in the top 20 National Childcare Operators. With a national portfolio of 36 childcare services, we aim to provide quality education and care to all stakeholders.
Due to our success and impact, we are growing rapidly and currently have the need for an Enrolments Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our expanding organisation. The role will be based in our Malvern East office, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Develop and maintain family-friendly and robust processes for managing enrolments including accurate records are kept up to date for the Department of Education and Training. Current systems that need to be up to date and reconciled are Xplor, KIMS, and Monday.com. We are actively considering alternative systems and automation in which this role would take the lead.
Accurate and timely record-keeping is critical. Process all enrolments including managing exits and waitlists and priority access. Manage all enrolment queries. Work with our Centres to keep them informed of enrolments and changes and seek their input to optimise outcomes for families. Prepare regular reports, on the status of enrolments.
Key Selection criteria proficient use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Xplor, QikKids, KIMS. Demonstrated experience in processing and administration. Demonstrated experience in managing complexity. Capacity to develop and maintain enrolment systems and procedures.
Essential a current Working with Children Check. A friendly and engaging style. Proven strength in interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining positive relationships. Organised and efficient including well-developed time management skills.
Respect for diversity and sensitivity to other cultures. Sound judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Can look at new ways of doing things and suggest alternative solutions. Sets high standards, and monitors and maintains a high degree of quality of work.
Desirable experience experience, knowledge, and practical understanding of how Early Learning Management groups and Early Years Education function. Experience with enrolments processes and systems. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems.
