Enrolments And Office Administrator Mt Carmel School location Auckland.

Competent IT skills including using Google products and various other  applications and software. Be able to provide support in sick bay (first aid training provided if necessary).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities include student enrolments and parent orientations. Organising Teacher cover for planned absences. Ordering stock and stationery. Updating school App/Website and producing school newsletter. Organising and collating school Yearbook.

General day-to-day office duties and administration. This position is a wonderful opportunity for those that wish to work within school hours and term time.  The hours are 8:30am – 3pm, Monday to Friday (school term time).

Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand to be considered for this position. This position is covered under the NZEI Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement. A successful candidate will be placed on the correct scale depending on skills and experience.
