Enrolments Administrator Primary ITO location Waikato. $56,000 – $63,000 per year + Package.

About The role process internal customer records and provide data entry services while ensuring data is up-to-date and correct. As an Enrolment Administrator you would sit within our Enrolments Team, who play an essential role in the organisation by providing an advisory service about enrolment matters, which can be whether a learner is able to enrol as a funded learner into the programme, what and when fees and residual fees will be charged and how to correct any enrolment errors/issues they have made.
Duties will include assisting internals members of our field teams to support customers with enrolment processes. Records administration. Monitor and report on progress of trainees as required by corporate contracts.
Participate in training and the development of new team members. This is a fixed-term role for 9 months to cover parental leave with full-time hours (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) and based in our Hamilton office in Hamilton East.
Skills & experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Previous experience in office administration with intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite. Excellent data entry skills (45+ wpm) with proven attention to detail.
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service with great brainstrorming and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
