We are looking for Agency Staff Nurses to be part of the team to administrate the vaccines in the polyclinics.
Job scope administer Vaccination. Complete patient-questionnaire for all patients. General nursing duties ensure and maintain the standards for professional nursing practice. 3 month and above commitment.
Job requirements no experience required as training will be provided. Min Nitec/ Diploma / Degree in Nursing. Registered with Singapore Nursing Board, Valid BCLS. Advantageous to have documentation for the following vaccinations : Hep B, Hep C, MMR, Varicella.
