Engineering Admin Assistant Meeke Engineering location Sydney.

The company we are a well-established and well equipped engineering company supplying a range of manufactured and fabricated components to various heavy engineering industry sectors including government, mining and material handling industry. You will be required to multi-task and be very proactive.

Duties will include but are not limited to updating Engineering data base (Training provided). Answering and forwarding phone calls.  Filing, photocopying, emailing. PC skills MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook. Accounts receivable responsibilities, general admin.

To be successful in this role you will need own transport & current driver's license. Outstanding Time Management skills & ability to prioritise when faced with deadlines. Excellent presentation & telephone manner. Must be experienced in MS Office. Be punctual, reliable, efficient and have sound work ethic. Proactive & great at multi-tasking. Ability to adapt to change. Candidate with technical background preferred.
