Based in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, the role of Engineering Intern is to work with our dynamic client base and our innovative design team to push the envelope of sustainability in the built environment. This is an exciting entry-level position which offers many opportunities to contribute to projects across the entire business while fostering your growth and development into an exceptional Engineer.

Duties of this role include assist team with current projects in a support role. Communicate frequently with clients, staff, and contractors. Design and specify energy efficient equipment and sustainable systems (training provided). Develop project reports.

General problem-solving. Obtain pricing and quotations for energy efficient equipment. Perform calculations and modelling computations (training provided). Provide new ideas and fresh thinking. Think innovatively and drive a competitive edge.

FGA is looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability to work effectively with numerous stakeholders and develop positive relationships with our industry-leading clients using their well-developed communication skills. The successful candidate will have a passion for sustainability, demonstrable work ethic, critical thinking skills, and ideally be in their 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

You will also have demonstrated experience in your ability to solve problems using your creative thinking. These attributes combined with a fervent desire for continuous growth will underpin your successful career at FG Advisory.
