About the role you will work with client to help them take up training, work readiness and employment opportunities. As an Employment Support Representative, you need to be adaptable, able to hit the ground running and get right into helping match clients to sustainable employment opportunities with employers. You will need to interact with both internal and external key stakeholders as often it can take a multi-faceted approach in assisting clients into employment. About you you are not afraid to initiate conversations. You enjoy quality conversations and can demonstrate a history of providing clients a positive experience over the phone. You are adaptable, resilient, and empathetic to working with people’s complex situations. You work efficiently, accurately, and are confident in making good decisions.

You are quick to navigate your way around multiple IT systems. You also have an eagerness to learn and desire for self-improvement. You have the ability to work in an environment where frequent change is normal.

Hours of work employment Service Representatives are rostered Monday to Friday and work 37.55 hours per week. This is 7 hours and 35 minutes per day. We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.

Your rostered shifts will vary between the below days and timeframes. Our Operational hours are Monday to Friday, between 8.00am to 6.00pm, your contract however would require you to be available between 6.55am to 10.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
