Overview
ECU is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) to support the implementation and adoption of key learning technologies under the University’s Curriculum Transformation Program.

The Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) contributes to the leadership and implementation of strategic teaching and learning and change across the University through collaborative partnerships with Schools and Service Centres. CLT provisions professional learning for all teaching roles in the University to promote evidenced based and scholarly practice. Additionally, CLT leads the implementation of learning technologies across the University, delivery of learning support programs for students, and active support of Schools to deliver best practice curriculum design and assessment.

The successful applicant will have, and be able to meet the following selection criteria:

A degree with at least 3 years subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training;
Relevant previous experience working with learning technologies at a post-secondary level. Demonstrated evidence working in staff adoption of new systems, coordinating complex processes including high level administration, data analysis and reporting. Desirable: Fluency with generative artificial intelligence for educational purposes or similar;
Ability to work efficiently in a constantly changing environment and to develop, investigate and take on board out-of-the-norm ideas/suggestions and putting these into practice resulting in novel and productive approaches;
Developing and managing projects in response to organisational needs. Involves managing each phase of the project; identifying and resolving issues; sourcing and managing appropriate resources; managing risks; maintaining progress and achieving desired outcomes; and
Ability to work cooperatively with others to accomplish joint tasks and common objectives.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $100,512 to $112,622 pa (HEW 7) + 17% University superannuation contribution.
