As the Payroll Systems Support Analyst - Enterprise Agreements (SAP/Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant), you will join People Services team, part of the Business Services Centre who is responsible for delivering high quality, robust, timely and efficient changes to ensure payments to employees are free of systemic errors.
Your role will mean you will be a subject matter expert in bridging the Industrial Instrument Agreements (IIA) or Enterprise Agreements (EA) to system configurations. You will create and maintain the appropriate change management documents for the IIA/EA template working with the Oracle Payroll, SAP Payroll, Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions and Quintiq systems.
This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 2 Years.
Responsibilities, Skills & Knowledge:
Deliver compliant system configuration to ensure our employees are paid accurately.
Report on IIA build progress, liaise with Time Capture Team/Business to understand and document time capture requirements.
Interpret IIA’s, complete templates and ensure quality documentation is provided to IR/HR for approval.
Liaise and brief IT Support Technical team/Vendors on completed templates / documentation prior to development.
Ensure completed template and key business scenarios are provided to the Test Team for test case preparation and execution, and support testing as required.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve the service offering.
Experience & Qualifications:
Degree in IT (B Computer Science) or demonstrable experience in IIA interpretation as SAP/Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant.
Experience in the support/configuration of HR/Payroll applications.
Working in HR/Payroll Systems teams as a key SME in a large corporate environment.
IR principles, award interpretation and related system configurations.
Ability to engage with IT technical teams in offshore and onshore model.
Excellent functional/technical knowledge of HR/Payroll systems.
Advanced MS Excel essential, Basic MS Word
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic and highly organised.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
